BeamLap Terms of Use

BeamLap is a privately operated, independent project for BeamNG.drive. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BeamNG GmbH. BeamNG.drive and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1. Using BeamLap

Users must not manipulate or fabricate records, interfere with rankings or validation, attempt unauthorized access, or intentionally disrupt the service.

BeamLap may be used freely for ordinary personal use. Operating BeamLap as part of a paid venue, commercial event, or commercial service may require separate permission from BeamLap.

2. Online records

Online mode allows BeamLap to receive, validate, store, and publish lap records, replays, and driving analysis.

BeamLap may reject, reclassify, or remove records when necessary to maintain fair and reliable rankings.

Data used by Online mode is handled according to the BeamLap Privacy Policy.

3. Service availability

BeamLap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and availability or preservation of records is not guaranteed.

4. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
